Lesson 85: Saving Bookmarks for Your Favorite Websites

How to Save and Organize Bookmarks in Your Browser

It's Day 85, and today we'll learn how to save bookmarks for your favorite websites. Bookmarks are shortcuts that make it easy to visit websites you use often without typing the web address each time.

How to Save Bookmarks:

  1. On Chrome: Visit the website you want to bookmark, then click the star icon in the address bar. You can name the bookmark and choose where to save it.

  2. On Safari: Go to the website you want to bookmark, click Bookmarks → Add Bookmark, then name and organize it into a folder if you like.

  3. On Firefox: Click the star icon in the address bar to bookmark a page, and choose where to save it for easy access later.

Why It's Important:

Bookmarks save time and help you keep track of websites you visit frequently. Instead of searching for a site every time, you can simply click on the bookmark.

Try It Out:

Bookmark a few websites that you use regularly (like email, news, or your favorite online store) and organize them into folders for easy access.

Pro Tip:

Create bookmark folders for different categories (e.g., Work, Shopping, News) to keep everything organized and easy to find.
